Southern Cross Health Society Easy-Claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services and treatments at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form.
You can use Easy-Claim at DEBOD Body Therapies. Simply present your Member card or use the mobile app’s virtual Member card at the counter when purchasing an eligible service or treatment.
If your plan covers the treatment and it qualifies, Southern Cross reimburses the provider directly. You pay only any remaining contribution you are responsible for.
